A Respiratory Consultant described the trauma of losing a young Leixlip woman as 'incredibly upsetting.' 18-year-old Jesseca Finnerty died at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, on September 2012. An inquest yesterday reported how she went into cardiac arrest soon after being admitted to the emergency department. Respiratory Consultant Dr John Faul said: "There was a situation of panic- we did not know, even now we don't know what exactly she died of, or why she became so ill so quickly.'' The coroner concluded that the underlying cause of the heart problem was not evident.
