A man filled his Tesco trolley with over €400 worth of goods and pushed it out of a Naas store without paying. Naas District Court heard that security officers at the Monread outlet chased Thomas Roche (40) and then called gardai who arrested him after the incident in September 2014. The court was told that the dad-of-six from Byrne Meadows in Edenderry had a number of previous convictions dating back several years.
