This home in Naas fetched the biggest property price in Co KiIdare in October

Above: The home on the Blessington Road. A home in Naas sold for a whopping €630,000 - the highest price paid for a residential property in Co Kildare in the past month. The five-bedroom house in Oak Glade on the Blessington Road went to the market on October 2. Figures by the propertyregister.ie database showed that almost 100 homes were sold in total across the county in October. A Daft.ie property report recently showed that house prices in Co Kildare have jumped by 18 per cent compared to a year ago. It said the average price nationwide is now €202,000 - compared to a low of €164,000 in mid-2013 and a peak of €370,000 in 2007. A Myhome.ie survey recently found the average price of a home in Co Kildare is €8,000 above the national average.
