4 new exquisite hotels to be built within miles of Kildare
8 Nov 2015
Property developer Johnny Ronan has announced that there will be four new luxury hotels built in Leinster, with two being situated in Dublin and the other two to be developed in Wicklow. The ones located in Dublin will certainly raise more attention as one of them will be a stunning 70-bed boutique hotel located on Grafton Street in the iconic Bewley's building. It will be a hugely attractive location for A-Listers because of the location and the quality of the hotel. Another 167-room four star hotel will be built near Tara Street Dart station in a 22-storey waterfront tower which will be Dublin's tallest building upon completion. The hotel will be called Aquavetro and the building will also have offices situated within. A further two hotel are planned for Wicklow, with a 200-bed hotel set to be developed close to The Powerscourt Hotel in Enniskerry and another hotel planned for the village of Delgany. It's easy to see why Ronan has been nominated for 'property entrepreneur of the year' when you look at the amount of projects he is developing and the employment created.
