Traffic: Rain and wind leading to busy flows on most routes

M50 Ballinteer
Gardai say that a crash on the Naas/Clane Road (R407) has been cleared but there will be knock-on delays to nearby routes. Elsewhere Newbridge is heavy on the Main Street while there is also congestion on the Sallins Road at Naas and at the Bundle of Sticks Roundabout. The N7 and M7 are moving well but the usual high volumes are impacting on flows from the Naas Ball southwards. The M50 is heaviest southbound of the Red Cow Roundabout. Meanwhile an incident outbound on the N81 Tallaght Bypass at the Belgard Road Junction has been cleared. Traffic lights are out of action at the junction of Old Bawn Road and Firhouse Road West Junction. Take care on approach. The left lane of the southbound bore of the Port Tunnel has reopened following a breakdown.
