'Miracle' that fatality has not happened on Clane Road says Cllr

It is a 'miracle' that there has not been a fatality on one Co Kildare road, according to a concerned County Cllr.
Sinn Fein Cllr Ide Cussen is appealing for action to work on bends on the Clane Road between Celbridge and the Barberstown Roundabout
Cllr Cussen spoke with the Area Engineer and he has given a commitment that this will be addressed  immediately  with
temporary measures   with warning signs on the road on the approach in both directions, until a more
permanent solution can be arrived at.  She is concerned that t here has been quite a number of cars in the ditches over the
past year.
Some of the cars you may have heard were upside down in the ditch, having crossed the
road before ending up in that position.  Obviously this is a blackspot and it's a miracle that we haven't
had a fatality there  said Cllr Cussen.
