Traffic update: Delays all over the M50 following fatal accident earlier

Traffic cam M50
Two lanes of the M50 southbound near J6 Blanchardstown have been reopened following a fatal accident earlier today. The third lane is due to open shortly, with forensic experts still examining the road there. Delays persist in the area however. On the M50 northbound it is also extremely busy despite no reports of any accidents. Traffic is very slow moving from J13 Dundrum up to J9 Red Cow. The M7 has been moving well all evening, and there are no major delays to report from there, just a build up of traffic going by the ball but it funnels out rather quickly. It's busy through Sallins, though traffic continues to move relatively well there while there's no major backlogs of traffic around Naas town.
