Every time he sees a garda in uniform he sees red - judge about Clane man

Judge Desmond Zaidan
A Clane man (20) was jailed for a total of 12 months for a string of road traffic offences including dangerous driving. Judge Desmond Zaidan described the offences as 'totally senseless' and said: "Every time he sees a garda in uniform he sees red. That's not good for a young man." And he told the defendant in Naas District Court: "I have given you chance after chance, suspended sentence after suspended sentence." The judge then jailed him for five months for each of two dangerous driving offences and two months for a public order offence. The defendant was also disqualified from driving for seven years.
