Teenagers arrested for attack on pregnant woman

Two teenagers have been arrested in relation to an attack on a heavily pregnant woman in Cork city. Sintija Shah was approached by three men on Princes Street at 7.30pm on Sunday, 29 November. Without a word, one man hit the 25-year-old pregnant woman before casually walking away.
 One man was arrested on Thursday and the other was arrested on Friday in connection with the incident.
They were taken to Bridewell Garda Station for questioning and have since been released without charge. A file on the matter will now be submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
