Decision due on 25 houses on site of former Ambassador Hotel

A development of 25 homes on the site of the old Ambassador Hotel in Kill will be decided tomorrow. Glenwave Developments Ltd wants to build six three-bed units and 19 four-bed units. A new vehicular access onto the adjoining Kill to Johnstown Road (L2014) is also planned. The Ambassador or Ambo was a three-star hotel and its Regine's niteclub was a very popular haunt in the 1980s and 1990s.
