Kildare one of the best places to eat out as these 3 pubs received Michelin recommendations

Three pubs in Kildare have been recommended by Michelin as great places to dine out as the eating guide lists 32 different pubs that are spread across 15 counties in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Kildare is one of the best counties to dine out according to the latest review as only Cork, Clare and Down have more pubs recommended for eating out. The three establishments in Kildare that have been noted by Michelin are Harte's of Kildare, Kildare Town, The Ballymore Inn, Ballymore Eustace and Fallon's of Kilcullen. The Michelin guide is over 100 years old, and the aim behind the service is to pick out the best pubs and restaurants to enjoy a meal in. It is seen as a massive bonus for establishments to have their business included among the Michelin list as it portrays a certain high level of excellence. “This is a carefully selected group of pubs, chosen for the standard of their cooking,” said Michelin Editor, Rebecca Burr. “Each of them has been anonymously judged by our team of full-time inspectors, and we feel justly proud of them.”
