Globe Retail Park kick off summer with a unique Family Expo day next weekend

Huge crowds are set to enjoy the first Globe Family Expo – a unique family experience to kick off summer at Globe Retail Park, Naas on Saturday June 4 from 11.30am-4pm. The Globe Family Expo has something for all the family, with a food village, a host of children’s entertainment and talks from a range of experts on home, garden and interiors. There are plenty of activities for the kids to avail of with a petting zoo, arts and crafts, balloon artists and face painting all on site. The Expo food village will provide a large variety of tasty delights from gourmet selections to affordable street food and coffee breaks. For mum and dad, the Globe Retail Park experts will host a series of talks throughout the day on topics such as interior design, garden planting and barbecuing in a large outdoor marquee, with an opportunity for some one-on-one advice with a designer. “This event is a great opportunity for families to start the summer season together,” said Globe Retail Park property manager Carol McMahon. “This is our first major seasonal event at Globe Retail Park and we are looking forward to hosting more family events this year.” Globe Retail Park is located on the Monread Road at junction 9 on the M7 motorway and is also serviced by the 126 Bus Eireann route. Car parking, including disabled car parking spaces, will be available at Globe Retail Park for this event.
