Kildare native Aisling Bea has been selected to be one of the captains on the new series of the highly popular English comedy show 8 Out of 10 Cats. The Kildare Town woman -her real name is Aisling O'Sullivan, but goes by the stage name of Aisling Bea- will join Jimmy Carr and Rob Beckett on the hit show, which has been commissioned for another series. It will be on More 4 this time around, but repeats will be then aired on Channel 4. No date has been set for the commencement of the new series as of yet, but it will air on television for the first time since December 2014 when it does return. O'Sullivan will be a captain of one team, while English comedian Beckett will captain the other, and Carr will continue his role as the host. https://twitter.com/WeeMissBea/status/786145110228598784 Sarah Lazenby, Channel 4 Commissioning Editor, said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing back one of the sharpest topical panel shows on TV.
