Plot of land in Kilcock town centre placed on the market for less than €1M

A plot of land in the town centre of Kilcock has been brought onto the market, and it is sure to peak plenty of interest from perspective developers. The land will need some restoration work before any development is built, but the price tag of €950,000 means that it should be seen as a decent investment. The land has a good planning history, meaning that there is plenty of potential for the construction of commercial and residential buildings on site. The subject site extends to approximately 0.94ha (2.31 acres) and has a number of derelict structures on site including the Corscaddens Hotel which dates back to the mid 1800’s, a stone built mews/outhouse and a dormer residence which backs onto the Royal Canal. All of the buildings are in a poor state of repair. The site itself is generally flat and is bordered by Church St to the east, The Royal Canal to the west, The Courtyard residential development to the north and some commercial interests to the south. The sites boundaries are well defined although a large portion of the site is overgrown. Access to the site is off Church St, Kilcock.
