High-flying Kildare woman appointed to top job in global company

An international engineering solutions company with 6,000 staff around the globe has appointed a Co Kildare woman to a senior position. Actavo, which is headquartered in Dublin, has hired Rathcoffey native Audrey D’Arcy as Head of Sales Ireland – Networks & In-Home Division. Originally from Mooretown, Audrey is a Languages & Business graduate from Dublin Institute of Technology. With a successful track record in sales and commercial management across telecommunications, IT and aerospace, Audrey becomes part of the division’s senior management team for Ireland. Audrey joins Actavo from Ericsson, where she held various sales roles over a 12 year period, managing clients such as Meteor, O2 and ESB. She has previously held positions in Microsoft’s European Operations Centre in Dublin and Rolls-Royce Aerospace in Berlin and Frankfurt.
