Naas fitness class being run in aid of cancer charity

A former Operation Transformation expert is running a circuit class in Naas CBS in aid of the Irish Cancer Society. The event with fitness instructor Mick Mulcahy takes place on Tuesday at 9pm. The CBS School are kindly waiving the fee for the hall on the night, and all proceeds for this class will go to the Irish Cancer Society. Mick Mulcahy has previously held classes for the KWWSPCA, Pieta House, and other local charities, Mick said: "Unfortunately cancer is a disease that affects almost every household in Ireland, and therefore, we felt it was a most worthy cause. "So please spread the word, and together we can make this night a real success!"
