Former food production facility in Naas on the market for €800K

Taravale foods
A food production facility formerly home to Taravale Foods in Naas has been listed on the industrial property market for €800,000. The facility, which is still fully operational, is located in the Monread Industrial Park on the outskirts of Naas, a busy industrial area that is also home to the likes of Naas Oil and Green Isle Foods. The detached food production facility includes food grade wall, ceiling & floor finishes and is fitted with blast chillers and air conditioning. There are two ground level loading doors and a full vehicular circulation area around the building, while there is also ample car parking and a loading yard on site. Taravale Foods have recently left the facility despite Donworth Capital pumping a substantial amount of money into the company less than four years ago. While in business Taravale Foods produced salads, sandwich fillers and pestos. O'Neill & Co Chartered Surveyors and Auctioneers are in charge of the sale of the property.
