A prime residential development site located in Rathangan has been placed on the property market. The large 13 acre site, located close to the town centre, has fixed planning permission for the construction of 99 new houses. There are already 50 houses built on the Temple Mills site, and the remaining 13 acres of the site will be put up for sale by tender this October 12. The planning permission allows for the construction of a mixture of three and four-bedroom units, ranging in size from 102.8 sq metres to 140 sq metres. The sale is being handled by Liam Hargaden of Jordan Auctioneers and there is a guide price of €2.3 million on the land. The site is located between the Edenderry/Clonbullogue Road and the Bracknagh Road in Rathangan, and it is served well by local shops, schools and pubs.
