A former pub in Kilcock is set to go to auction this month as part of BidX1's pre-Christmas online auction on December 13. Davey's Bar & Restaurant, located on Bridge Street, currently has a guide price of €250,000 more than 10 days ahead of the online auction, which features a number of Kildare commercial and residential properties. The property is currently vacant and, according to the details on the BidX1 website, has not got a 7-day publican's licence included in the sale. Located in the town centre, the property is arranged over ground and first floors to provide a detached bar and restaurant. Internally the property provides a ground floor bar and lounge together with a restaurant overhead. The restaurant is accessed via an entrance to the side of the building.
