Monasterevin Tidy Towns has partnered with Kildare County Council and Monasterevin AFC Soccer Club to provide a Christmas tree recycling facility. This is a free service for the residents of Monasterevin.   Christmas trees can be dropped to a designated section inside Barrett Park on Saturday the 5th and Saturday 12th January between 9am and 12pm. No other materials will be accepted. The trees will be mulched on site and then used in the Monasterevin community gardens throughout 2019. Monasterevin Tidy Towns would like to say a huge thank you to Monasterevin AFC Soccer Club for providing the venue for this scheme and to Kildare County Council for covering the costs  and the logistics for this service.
