Man before Naas District Court for driving over speed limit

A man appeared before Naas District Court today for being caught driving at a speed of 60km/hr in a 50km zone.

Evidence was heard how the accused was driving at a speed of 60km per hour in a 50km zone, at the R407, Sallins, on February 19, 2017.

The accused said that while he received a summons, he did not get a fixed notice penalty.

Judge Desmond Zaidan imposed the Probation Act Section 1(1).
