A rather cloudy day today ahead but staying mostly dry with just the risk of a little drizzle for a time for Co Kildare.
Highest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees with mostly moderate southerly winds.
Towards evening there'll be another spell of light rain for a time moving up from the south but this will clear away and the night will be mostly dry and cloudy. Lowest temperatures 7 or 8 degrees with a moderate, occasionally fresh southerly wind.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, will be mostly dry with temperatures of 12 to 14 degrees in a moderate to fresh southerly wind. Some sunny spells will develop for a time, especially in the southeast.
Tomorrow night temperatures will fall again to 6 or 7 degrees at the lower end and it will be a mostly dry night with clear spells developing. Winds continue moderate southerly.
Thursday will see the best of any sunshine developing with mainly dry conditions continuing. Temperatures once again between 11 and 13 degrees with a moderate to fresh southerly wind.
