A man who is facing allegations of causing thousands of euros worth of damage to Naas Accident & Emergency Department appeared before Naas District Court.
Defence Solicitor, Conal Boyce, outlined to the court how the accused was awaiting 'issues with a psychiatric report' and had been waiting for seven hours.
The 34-year-old accused, with an address in Co Waterford, is facing charges of causing criminal damage at Naas A&E, on August 16, 2016.
The allegations are that the accused caused damage to a window in the A&E by using a hammer.
Inspector David O'Sullivan outlined how €3633 worth of damage was caused.
Judge Desmond Zaidan remanded the accused on continuing bail to appear before Naas District Court again on December 20, next.
