A Co Kildare Judge has warned people not to be distracted by children while driving.
A woman appeared before Naas District Court, facing charges of driving past a red traffic light, at South Main St, Naas.
The incident took place at 6.29pm.
At Naas District Court, last Wednesday, the accused said that she tried to pay the fixed penalty notice but it was 'too late.'
Judge Desmond Zaidan said: "When driving you must not be distracted by your children."
