Naas District Court hears dog had no licence while caught fighting

A Clane man has appeared before Naas District Court on a charge of not having a dog licence.

The 42-year-old man, was charged with not having a dog licence at Lidl Car Park, Sallins, on January 25, 2018.

Naas District Court heard how the accused' s dog attacked another dog.

Sgt Jim Kelly told the court how it was found that the accused's dog did not have a licence.

Judge Desmond Zaidan ordered that the accused was fined €300 and given two months to pay.
