Two men facing charges on public order, possession of firearms and assault before Naas District Court have been ordered to stay away from a house in Athy town.
The men, who appeared before Naas District Court, have been ordered to abide by curfews.
One of the men, who is working in the UK, has been ordered to sign on once a month at Athy Garda Station, at any day during that month,while the other accused is ordered to sign weekly at Athy Garda Station.
Both men, who appeared before Naas District Court, earlier this month, are ordered to provide mobile numbers and to stay away from a house in Athy.
They are to have no contact with the injured party and to remain of sober habits.
Judge Bernadette Owens ordered that they appear before Athy District Court, on September 11, next.
