Gardaí in Naas fear that a spate of burglaries in the town are linked.
Between 10am and 6pm, on Friday, May 11, entry was gained through a rear window at a house in Esmondale.
The house was not occupied at the time, it is not clear if anything was stolen.
On the same day, approximately €1,800 worth of jewellery, including a chain with a gold cross, pearl earrings and a red, ruby engagement ring, was robbed from a house in Hazelmere between 11.30am and 1.30pm.
Two men are believed to have entered a house at Monread Court between 5.15pm to 5.35pm. Entry was gained to the house through the rear patio door. The main bedroom was ransacked, though nothing was stolen.
