Naas Judge hears woman  tell how husband refused to allow her back into house to get Santa presents for children

A woman told Naas Family Law Court how her husband refused to allow her back into the family home so that she could the children's Santa presents.

She said: "I am not allowed to talk to anyone. He wants control of everything."

The woman said that before Christmas Day, she had to leave the family home with her children to stay with a relative.

Judge Desmond Zaidan granted the woman an Interim Protection Order. Both husband and wife have been ordered to appear before Naas Family Law Court on January 28, next, for hearing.
