Naas Racecourse to host first summer BBQ evening next Monday

Evening racing will begin at Naas on Monday as the Kildare track hosts their first summer evening meeting on June 18, where they will also hold a barbecue for patrons and live entertainment will following the action on the track.

The feature race on the card is the Midsummer Sprint Stakes Listed Race. In total there are 12 entered for the race, ten Irish and two English. Declarationofpeace, trained by Aidan O’Brien heads the entries. The colt out of War Front won the Qatar Juvenile Sprint Stakes at Delmar Racecourse on Breeders Cup Day in 2017 and looking to return to winning form this Monday at Naas.

To provide further value for money, Naas Racecourse have introduced a new Beer & Burger package which includes admission, €5 Free bet, gourmet Burger and a Beer for just €28. The package can be purchased online at www.naasracecourse.com or Monday at the raceday office, located beside the turnstiles.

Whilst the Beer & Burger package is avail to purchase this Monday, the boutique track will host their first of three official Summer BBQ and Music Evenings on Wednesday 27th June with Hermitage Green performing live after racing. There are a range of BBQ hospitality options available to purchase at www.naasracecourse.com.

On Monday 18th June, the first race goes to post at 5:40pm, admission tickets are just €15 or the newly introduced Beer & Burger package is €28.
