Irish Coast Guard reports almost 3,000 incidents coordinated this year
A dramatic rescue took place in the mud flats in north Dublin where a person was found unresponsive by the Irish Coast Guard, Dublin fire brigade and gardaí.
The recovery, which took place overnight, found the person very far out in the deep mud.
After an assessment was carried out the person was carried to shore by a stretcher team and to the safety of the Dublin fire brigade ambulance.
Overnight, alongside @gardainfo we located and rescued an unresponsive person from mud flats in North Dublin.
