Gardaí have fined a motorist caught illegally parked in a disabled bay in Dublin recently.
Gardaí from Kevin Street spotted the offending van parked in a disabled bay and confirmed the driver did not have a permit.
Posting about the incident on X (formerly Twitter), An Garda Síochána stated: "How many times have we heard the line, 'I was only in the shops for a few seconds'?"
"Too often," gardaí stated.
The driver was issued a fine.
