The annual Darkness Into Light suicide prevention fundraiser is set to take place in two months.
The fundraising event takes place every year to raise money for Pieta's lifesaving suicide and self-harm support resources, with 100,000 participants expected to take part this year.
It brings communities together to run or walk in the darkness all the way until dawn, symbolising the journey from despair to hope.
There are lots of other ways to get involved as well; participants can hold a bake sale, a car wash, a sponsored silence, a run, a swim, or another activity with friends, family and colleagues in your local area.
Money raised goes towards Pieta's life-saving 24 hour crisis helpline, one-to-one counselling, suicide bereavement liaison service, and suicide prevention awareness.
This year's event will take place at 4.15am on Saturday May 11.
If you or anyone you know needs to talk, freephone Pieta's crisis helpline on 1800 247 247.
