Tanique ablaze

Another "attack" on a tanning shop in Carlow has occurred. This time it was the newly opened Tanique in the Fairgreen Shopping Centre Carlow. The shop which had only opened on the 24th of April 2024.

It looks as though the fire was caused by a car reversing into the main entrance of the tanning shop.

Similarly to the event which occurred on the previous two attacks on tanning shops on Tullow Street Carlow.

There is no evidence to suggest that the incidents are connected.

Gardaí are currently investigating.
