An uninsured van driver who was caught speeding half an hour after they bought the vehicle is facing prosecution before the courts, gardai have revealed.
The incident, on the M1 in County Louth, is one of two incidents which have been highlighted by members of the Dundalk Roads Policing Unit in the Wee County.
