Gardaí appeal for witnesses after woman in her 80s struck by car in Donegal

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to come forward following a road traffic collision in Donegal which resulted in a woman in her 80s being hospitalised. 
The incident occurred on Main Street in Buncrana, County Donegal at around 2:20pm on Tuesday, 14 January.
The collision involved a car and two pedestrians. One of the pedestrians, a woman aged in her 80s, was sent to Letterkenny University Hospital to be treated. 
The scene has since been preserved for technical examination by Forensic Collision Investigators.
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses of the incident to come forward. Anyone with camera footage, including motorists with dash-cam, from the area between 2pm and 3pm on Tuesday are asked to provide it to investigating Gardaí.
