Double tragedy as two men die in workplace accidents on same day
Two men were tragically killed in separate workplace accidents on Wednesday in Wicklow and Donegal.
A man aged in his 30s was fatally injured while attempting to remove a forklift truck from a ditch at a premises in Arklow on Wednesday evening.
A post-mortem examination will be carried out on the man's body before a file is prepared for the coroner.

The Health and Safety Authority has been notified of the incident.
This follows another similar incident in Ballyshannon, County Donegal where a man in his 60s was also killed on Wednesday.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the fatal accident at the premises in Lisahully at approximately 1pm on Wednesday where the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) were also notified in this case and attended the scene.
