A woman aged in her 20s has died after being struck by a car in Co Wexford.
The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in the collision on the R702 at Curraghgraigue, Enniscorthy, at around 3pm on Saturday.
The woman was brought to Wexford General Hospital where she later died.
The driver of the car, a man aged in his 20s, received medical treatment at the scene.
The road has now reopened having been closed for a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Gardai have appealed for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage, including from dashcams, and were travelling in the area between 2.30pm and 3.30pm on Saturday have been asked to make the footage available to gardai.
