A 17-year-old Irish girl who had been the subject of a missing person appeal has been located "safe and well", gardaí have confirmed.
Chloe Lawrence - described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall, with a slim build, light brown hair and blue eyes - was reported missing from Emyvale, Co. Monaghan, since Thursday, January 29.
Gardaí and Chloe's family were "concerned for her well-being" at the time of the appeal.
"An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance," a garda spokesperson said.
