Owner of The Allyway –Pilates and Functional Training Centre in Naas, Ally Doyle has developed a unique style of training, combining Pilates techniques with functional movements.

Regular Classes include:Circuit Shmircuit - a high intensity cardio and strength circuit;Core & More - strength and conditioning;Pilates;Power Pilates - High intensity cardio exercises mixed with Pilates exercises;Pilates as Gaeilge – a fun way to improve Irish Language Skills.As a result of attending classes at “The Allyway” you will develop extreme strength and lean muscle, improve your flexibility and mobility, reduce / eliminate pain, develop a healthier happier mind and lose weight.

Classes are suitable for people of any fitness level and any age.

Small Classes

Alison will only have 8 people max per class so appropriate attention can be given to you in a comfortable environment.

There is a Pay as You Go option available which is €10 including for Pilates classes.

There is a monthly membership fee of €100 which will include a “Posture Analysis”.

Classes run at 7am, 10am, and between 5.30 and 8.30pm depending on the day.

One to One training and Team training also available.
