Newbridge man gets fine for being found with cannabis in Naas

A Co Kildare man was fined at Naas District Court today for being found in possession of cannabis.

The 26-year-old Newbridge man was charged for the unlawful possession of cannabis, at Basin St, Naas, on November 11, 2015.

Evidence was given that the accused was found in possession of cannabis to the value of €30.

Judge Desmond Zaidan ordered that the accused pay €300 in a lump sum.
