The death has occurred of Sean Byrne Ardee Row, Aughrim, Wicklow / Athy, Kildare

Sean, 5 Ardee Row, Aughrim, Co. Wicklow and late of Athy, Co. Kildare. Suddenly at his home. Loving husband of Emily and loving father to Nicola, Shauna and Niall, and brother of the late Kay. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, brother Terry, sisters Maureen, Judy, Betty and Helen, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.   Reposing in Byrne's Funeral Home, Main Street, Aughrim tomorrow Wednesday from 2-7pm. Removal on Thursday morning at 10.30am to Sacred Heart Church, Aughrim. Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial afterwards in Macreddin Cemetery.   May he rest in peace.        

The death has occurred of Seamus Geraghty Leixlip, Kildare / Duleek, Meath

Seamus Geraghty of Leixlip and late of Dunshaughlin and Duleek who passed away peacefully on 15th April 2019 at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Predeceased by his parents Emily and James son Michael and son in law Daragh Murray. He will be sadly missed by his best friend and wife Bernie, daughter Helena, sons James and John, grandchildren Ryan, Taidhgh, Jason, Caoimhe and Doireann, daughters-in-law Liz and Bronagh, extended family and friends.   Seamus will repose at his home on Wednesday from 4pm until 8pm. House private at all other times. Funeral arriving to the Church of Our Lady's Nativity, Leixlip, on Thursday for 12 noon Funeral Service followed by interment in Confey Cemetery.   May he rest in peace            

The death has occurred of Martin McGRATH Leixlip, Kildare / Terenure, Dublin

McGRATH (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Terenure, Dublin) April 16th 2019 (peacefully) after a short illness, in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown and surrounded by his family. Martin (Manny), beloved husband of Carmel, cherished father of Avril and Gwen, devoted grandfather of James, Grace, Christian, Ella, Bronwyn and Harry and dear brother of Harry, Tom, Paul, Hilary, Anne, Rita and the late Mary. Sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Bill, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.   Rest in Peace   Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on (Friday) evening from 6.00 o’c to 8.00 o’c. Removal to the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip on Saturday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.30 o’c followed by Cremation in Newland’s Cross Crematorium. House Private, Please. Peacefully in Beaumont Hospital. Late of Newbarn, Kilsallaghan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Athy, Co. Kildare. Sadly missed by her loving husband John, daughter Gráinne, sons Brian and Ciarán, brothers Tom and Pat, sisters Margaret, Cecile and Helen, Brian's fiancée Jane, father-in-law Valère, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.   Reposing at her home on Sunday from 4pm - 7pm. Removal on Monday morning to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ashbourne, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.   House private on Saturday for family only. SHERWOOD, George (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Ballsbridge, Dublin 4) April 16th., 2019 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Beloved husband of Gladys and dear father of Colin and Keith; George will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, brothers Paul and Niall, sisters Sandra, and Cheryl, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.   Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Lucan this Wednesday evening (April 17th) between 6 o’c and 8 o’c. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the kind and dedicated care of the staff of Blackrock Clinic. Beloved wife of Terry and loving mother to Terence and Sandra. She will be very sadly missed by her husband, children, grandchildren Saorla and Fíann, daughter-in-law Mary, son-in-law Mike, brothers Des and Mike, sister Philomena, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.
