There are 24 patients receiving treatment on trolleys at Naas Hospital today.
According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives's Trolley Watch figures, there are currently 20 patients waiting in the emergency department and 4 on wards elsewhere at the Kildare facility. Yesterday there were 17 patients without beds at the hospital.
416 admitted patients are waiting for beds nationwide today, according to today’s INMO Trolley Watch. 278 are waiting in the emergency department, while 138 are in wards elsewhere in the hospital.
