Naas Gardaí make arrest after valuables stolen from car

Warning not to leave valuables in cars

Gardaí in Naas have arrested a juvenile after valuables were stolen from a car.

The incident occurred between Sunday night/ Monday morning last when a car parked in the town was broken into and valuables were stolen. As part of their investigation Gardai arrested a juvenile and they are also reviewing CCTV.

Gardai are also warning car owners not to leave valuables such as phones and laptops and money on the back seats of their cars.

They are also asking car owners to ensure their vehicle is locked at all times.

Anyone with information or who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area on the night is asked to contact Naas Garda Station on 045 884 300.
