In the test, he managed to finish in 3rd position over the three days of testing which is no mean feat for a first start in the formula 2 cars.

Dunne writes on his Instagram:

"P3 overall at the end of the 3 days, really enjoyed that! Thank you to Rodin Motorsport for the opportunity, excited for 2025 "

He also attached the 'eyes' emoji on the end of his post potentially hinting at the possibility of Dunne making the jump into F2 fulltime and not just for the test.

The full post by the Offaly man can be found attached to this article and a name to definitely keep an eye out for over the next year.
