The owner of a home in Coill Dubh village which was ransacked by burglars has appealed for information on the crime.
It's believed the raider(s) came through the front door some time between 11.30am and 8.30pm.
The owner told KildareNow: "We think it was during daylight hours as there were no lights left on in the house.
"There was a small sum of cash taken but the presses and wardrobes had all been emptied out.
"A box containing personal documents were taken.
"This would have had birth certs and a log book for a car."
