Plans revealed for 7-bed guesthouse in middle of Kildare town

A seven-bedroom guesthouse is being planned in the centre of Naas.

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on the matter by Poleon Limited.

Being planned is the demolition of a existing single storey commercial unit at Fairgreen Street.

Proposed is the construction of a new two storey with part three storey (to rear) building.

The planned use of the new building is as a 7 bedroom guesthouse.

The estimate constuction value of the project is over €500,000, according to Construction Information Services database. 

The total floor area of the planned development is 250 square metres.
