Queues at Kildare Village as new Prada store opens today

There was a long line outside the new Prada store in Kildare Village this morning as shoppers hunted opening day bargains.

The Italian luxury fashion house Prada, which has over 600 boutiques worldwide, is famous for its leather handbags, travel accessories, shoes and perfumes.

Due to the Private Sale, car parks are filling up fast from mid-morning every day.

There has been light traffic congestion in the area at times.

Kildare Village has been festooned with Christmas decorations since early November and many families love to visit to experience the Christmas spirit.
