The removal of the final crane at the disused, half-built Naas Shopping Centre has been delayed once again.

The final remaining crane was due to be removed last weekend but it was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, but it was rescheduled to take place today, Friday.

However, Kildare County Council have revealed that the crane will not be removed today due to the weather conditions. They have not given an indication as to when the final crane will be removed.

"Due to the forecasted adverse weather conditions this weekend, the planned removal of the final crane from Naas Shopping Centre has been postponed," read a statement from the council.
