The Boys in Green were dealt a killer blow in their hopes of automatic qualification for Euro 2024 on Sunday night when they fell to a 2-1 defeat at home to the Dutch.
Adam Idah gave Stephen Kenny's side the perfect start with a well-taken penalty before Liverpool attacker Cody Gakpo equalised for the Netherlands from the spot midway through the first half. The winner came in the 56th minute thanks to a tidy finish from ex-Manchester United striker Wout Weghorst.
The Dutch fans travelled in their numbers to Dublin and were captured taking in the atmosphere ahead of the Euro 2024 qualifier at the Aviva Stadium.
