Digital marketing specialist named Kildare Young Entrepreneur of the Year

The Founder and Managing Director of Kola Digital, Krystle Foley, has been accredited as All-Star Kildare Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF).

Krystle has been recognised by the autonomous accreditation body’s adjudication panel for meeting standards of business excellence in the areas of trust, performance, commitment and customer-centricity. She has already achieved accreditation as All-Star Master Practitioner in Digital Strategy and is included in The AIBF Register of Irish Business Excellence (TRIBE).

The Kildare professional is acknowledged as a trusted source in the digital marketing industry, who inspires people with innovative ideas.

Krystle has over 15 years of experience working in multiple Industries and went on to set up the forerunner to Kola Digital, Eventhub in 2016 and Fusion Marketing in 2017. Kola Digital is a full-service marketing agency that assists clients in successfully promoting themselves and gaining an edge over their competition. Their services include web design, web development, digital marketing, traditional marketing, marketing strategy, consulting, SEO (search engine optimisation), graphic design, marketing campaigns, and much more.

Krystle and her team have delivered marketing campaigns for over 200 clients, designed new Irish brands, and managed the design and development of over 100 websites. Krystle is on the mentoring panel in the Kildare Local Enterprise Office for Marketing, SEO, and Web Development and provides digital marketing workshops for the County Kildare Leader Partnership Enterprise Skills Programme (ESP).

Krystle also enjoys helping in her community and is currently the Chair of her Residents Association, Secretary of her children’s primary school PTA, and also is a member of the Naas Lions Club.

Managing Director of the All-Ireland Business Foundation, Kapil Khanna, said the accreditation, which is now held by over 500 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards but have nothing to measure them by.

He said: “We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness, and performance, and we speak to customers, employees, and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics”.

The All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF) is an autonomous national accreditation body tasked with enterprise development and the promotion of Best-in-Class in Irish business.

The Foundation actively engages and supports its network through peer dialogue, collaboration, mentoring and enterprise development activities. Companies are qualified for accreditation by completing an enterprise audit and are identified by their use of the AIBF’s Business All-Star Marque.
